[ARCHIVED] Ways to Pay Your Bill

The original item was published from January 19, 2018 8:27 AM to January 19, 2018 8:28 AM

We here at City Hall want to make life easier for you, the residents and water customers. One way we do so is by offering a variety of ways to pay your water bill. Check them out here:

  1. Sign up for the Auto Pay Plan. You must have a zero balance and a voided blank check is required. Sign up for this option in person at City Hall, 611 Mulberry Rd. (Mon.-Thurs. from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
  2. Pay with cash, check or card at City Hall.
  3. Make a credit or debit card payment over the phone. Call 788-1424 to speak with one of our staff members. It’s quick, easy and free!
  4. Pay online at your convenience at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/derbyks. ($1.25 processing fee.)
  5. Drop your check payment off at the City Hall Drop Box available 24 hours a day.
  6. Or, drop your payment in the mail.

We also offer a paperless billing option, so all bills, notices and the Derby News will be sent to your email address. To enroll, fill out the Paperless Billing form at www.DerbyKS.com/water or stop by City Hall at 611 Mulberry Rd. to sign up. Currently, more than 1,400 customers take advantage of this free, money-saving option.

A reminder about late notices: You will receive a phone call if you are late on your bill. If the phone call is not successful, we send an email if we have one on file. If not, we send a late notice in the mail.

If your phone number changes, please call us at 788-1424 to update your account or visit www.DerbyKS.com/water to fill out the online form.

Give us a call at 788-1424 if you have questions or concerns about your bill or water usage. We are here to help.
