On Jan. 21, Burlington Northern Santa Fe plans to close the Kay Street railroad crossing for work in the railroad’s right of way. The closure is expected to last up to four weeks. Two-way traffic will be allowed on Kay Street west of Buckner and on Water Street between Washington and Kay St. All other railroad crossings will remain open.
Work is being done as part of the Kay and Water Street reconstruction project. Learn more at DerbyKS.com/KayandWater.
