Code Enforcement

Derby Code Enforcement is responsible for enforcement of the City's zoning ordinance, floodplain regulations, stormwater management policies and nuisance ordinances.

In April 2010, the City Council approved a revised sign ordinance.
- Read the letter sent to business owners.
- Read the sign ordinance article published in the May Horizon and June water bill insert.
