NEW BUSINESS
A. AMENDMENT TO 2012 BUDGET.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Amended 2012 Budget as proposed for expenditure of monies in the Library Sales Tax Fund.
B. AUTHORIZATION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTION OF MEADOWLARK AND NELSON DRIVE.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt an ordinance designating Nelson Drive as a main trafficway and a resolution authorizing improvements of main trafficways.
C. REPORT ON RECENT LEGISLATION RELEVANT TO THE CITY.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive and file the report.
D. UPDATE COUNCIL PRIORITIES.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Council's updated list of priorities.
CONSENT AGENDA
REQUEST FOR USE OF A STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. Approve the DHS Homecoming Parade on Thursday, Septemer 20, 2012.
ROCK ROAD DESIGN STUDY. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Parsons Brinkerhoff to study design options for Rock Road in an amount not to exceed $28,683.30.
DELEGATES TO LEAGUE OF KANSAS MUNICIPALITIES ANNUAL MEETING. Appoint Phil Alexander and Stephanie Knebel as voting delegates to the 2012 League meeting.
DELEGATES TO THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES MEETING. Appoint Mayor Avello, Council Member Randy White, and City Manager Kathy Sexton as delegates to the National League of Cities meeting November 28-December 1, 2012.
