Planning Department personnel are responsible for regulatory review of all zoning and subdivision issues to ensure compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. The City Planner works closely with developers to ensure compliance with the City’s Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Ordinances. This includes all platting, zoning requests, annexation, variances, exceptions and site plans reviewed by the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and City Council.
