The Technical Services Commander oversees all of the individual sections within the Technical Services Division. These sections include Investigations, Evidence, and Social Media. The Technical Services Commander also assists with Department Accreditation and Policy/Ordinance Review.

• The Investigations Section is made up of one sergeant and four detectives. These officers conduct in-depth and complicated criminal investigations, search for and collect evidence at major crime scenes, assist the District Attorney’s Office with prosecuting felons, and monitor and manage the police department’s property and evidence.
