Derby has been nationally recognized by LendEDU as one of the fastest-growing U.S. cities that is affordable for homebuyers. Cities were ranked according to median monthly home cost, including mortgage payments and utilities. These figures rank Derby #390 in the country and #1 in the state of Kansas.
